The problem
Printing is often the last bit of IT still running in the office. A print server in the meter cupboard, drivers that will not install, and a printer that works on one laptop but not on another. Anyone working at another branch first has to work out how to print there.
With our cloud printing solution we handle printing from the cloud. The print server disappears, printers are ready to go by themselves and a print only comes out of the printer when you are standing next to it yourself. That way printing fits in with the rest of your workplace in the cloud.

Do we still need a print server?
No. Printing is handled from the cloud, so the print server in the office can go.
Does it work with our existing printers?
Yes, it works with most common printers. We check in advance which printers you have, so you do not face any surprises.
Is secure printing always switched on?
We set it up as standard: your print only comes out of the printer when you are standing next to it yourself. If that does not suit your environment, for example with a printer in a locked room, we agree on it together.
Is this included in Modern Workplace?
Cloud printing is an add-on product. You can add it to both Essentials and Standard.
Can I also print when I am at another location?
Yes. You see the printers at the location where you are, and your print only comes out of the printer when you are standing next to it yourself.
How does this fit with Microsoft 365?
Employees sign in with their Microsoft 365 account. That way it fits into the same cloud environment you already work in, without separate servers in the office.
