Do employees need to set anything up themselves?
No. The signature is centrally managed and added automatically. Details such as name and job title come from Microsoft 365.
Does it also work when I send email from my phone?
Yes. The signature is added centrally, so your email gets the same signature, even when you send it from your phone or tablet.
Can we use different signatures?
Yes. For example per department or location, or a separate version for replies. Together we work out what you need.
Is this included in Modern Workplace?
Central email signatures is an add-on product. You can add it to both Essentials and Standard.
