Business internet: fibre or DSL, ordered and managed by NSO

A business internet connection over the national network: fibre where possible, otherwise DSL. We order it, set up the router and security, and are your point of contact if anything goes wrong.

Supply and management

The problem

For most businesses, a good internet connection is just as important as electricity. Yet many organisations still arrange it separately from the rest of their IT: the connection from one party, the router from another and the network from a third. When the internet goes down, everyone points at each other.

At NSO, the connection comes from the same place as your router, your Wi-Fi and your management. We order it over the national network, set everything up and keep an eye on it. Check below right away what is available at your address.

What will you notice?

You mainly notice that the internet simply works. And if something does go wrong, you do not have to wait in a queue at a large provider: you call us, and we sort it out.

What it does for you

How Business internet helps you

  1. 01

    One point of contact

If the connection drops or is slow, you call us. We find out whether the line, the router or the network is the cause, and we contact the supplier ourselves.

  2. 02

Set up properly from the start

The connection comes together with your router, firewall and Wi-Fi. We configure everything, so you are securely online as soon as it is delivered.

  3. 03

    Monitored

We monitor your internet connection remotely, just like the rest of your network. That way, we often spot an outage before you do.

How it works

How we arrange it

Not a technical story, but what happens and who does what.

Plan an introduction
  1. Step 1

    Check your address

With the postcode check on this page, you can see right away which connections are available at your address and how fast they are.

  2. Step 2

    Proposal

We discuss what you need: speed, the number of users and whether you want, for example, internet calling or a second connection as a backup. You then receive a proposal.

  3. Step 3

    Order and delivery

We order the connection and schedule the delivery. You do not have to arrange anything with the supplier yourself.

  4. Step 4

    Setup and switchover

We connect the router, set up the security and move your network over to the new connection. After that, we keep an eye on it.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Business internet

Is your question not listed? Feel free to call us, we are happy to think along with you.

How reliable is the postcode check?

The check uses the same data we use when we order a connection. It is an indication, though: sometimes a connection still needs to be installed or checked. We confirm the exact options and the delivery date in the proposal.

What is the difference between fibre and DSL?

Fibre is faster, more stable and just as fast for sending as for receiving. You notice that with video calls, backups to the cloud and large files. DSL runs over the copper telephone line and is slower, but at many addresses it is still a good choice if there is no fibre (yet).

What if there is no fibre at my address?

Then we look at the options together: DSL, your own fibre connection that is installed for you, or a mobile connection. Get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Can I switch over my current connection?

Yes. We time the switch to the end of your current contract, so you do not pay twice and are not left without internet.

Shall we meet?

Tell us about your organisation. We listen, think along and show how we can take IT off your hands. No obligation.
