We supply your Microsoft 365 and Copilot licences, with Business Premium as standard because of the security it includes, and we make sure that security is actually switched on.
The problem
For most organisations, Microsoft 365 is the foundation of their work: email, calendar, Teams and files. The licence you choose makes a big difference, for the apps and above all for the security you get with it.
That is why Microsoft 365 Business Premium is our standard. Besides the familiar apps, it includes important security features that you would otherwise have to arrange separately. We supply the licences, actually switch that security on and keep everything up to date. Why is Business Premium your standard?
Because besides the familiar apps it also includes important security, such as protection for devices and email, secure access (Microsoft Entra ID P1) and device management (Microsoft Intune). With a lighter subscription you miss that protection, or you have to buy it separately.
Are the licences included in the price of Modern Workplace?
No. Licences are a separate line in the proposal, so you pay exactly for what you need. In the calculator you can add Microsoft 365 Business Premium as an option.
Is Business Premium required?
For Modern Workplace (Essentials and Standard) it is: a Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence per user is a requirement, because it forms the basis for modern management, security and compliance. If you do not have it yet, we include the migration or upgrade straight away. Business Premium is intended for organisations with up to 300 users.
What do I need for Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an additional licence on top of a suitable Microsoft 365 subscription, such as Business Premium. You do not need to give everyone a licence straight away: starting with a small group is actually sensible. Also read how to prepare your organisation for Copilot.
