Why Microsoft 365 for SMBs?
In many organisations, valuable time is lost searching: for that one attachment, the latest version of a document or what exactly was agreed. Microsoft 365 brings collaborating, meeting, calling and files together in one place. But with the default setup you get far from everything out of it, and security risks remain.
NSO makes sure your Microsoft 365 environment is set up securely, clearly and ready for the future, and that it genuinely makes your team’s work easier.
One dedicated partner for your digital workplace
NSO is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions: recognised by Microsoft for the modern workplace with Microsoft 365 and for the smart use of AI, such as Copilot and agents (what that means for you (in Dutch)). From licences and setup to security, telephony and support: you have one point of contact who knows your environment. If something gets stuck, our service desk immediately knows how your Teams, SharePoint and telephony are set up.
From file server to the cloud
Do you still work with a server at the office? We guide the move to the cloud from start to finish: from analysis and planning to migration and aftercare. That way your team will soon work securely with the same files, anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about Cloud & Microsoft 365
Is your question not listed? Feel free to call us, we are happy to think along with you.
What is the difference between OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams?
OneDrive is your personal storage for files you mainly work on yourself. SharePoint is the place for shared files and an intranet for your organisation. Teams is the workspace where you collaborate, chat and meet; behind the scenes, the files in Teams are stored in SharePoint. We help you decide what to store where, so everyone can find it.
Which Microsoft 365 licence suits an SMB?
For most small and medium businesses, Microsoft 365 Business Premium is a good foundation, because it also includes the most important security. Calling via Teams and Copilot require additional licences. We advise you based on how you work, so you do not pay for what you do not use.
Can I call via Microsoft Teams with my office phone number?
Yes, in most cases you bring your existing numbers with you. We transfer them and plan the switch so you stay reachable. You can read how we arrange business telephony on our telephony page.
Is Microsoft Copilot safe for business data?
Copilot works with the information an employee already has access to. If permissions are too broad, Copilot can show that information too. That is why we first get permissions and sensitive data in order, before you start using Copilot and agents widely.
How do I move my file server to SharePoint?
We first map out which files you still use and how you want to find them later. Then we set up a clear structure with the right permissions in SharePoint and Teams, and migrate the files, outside working hours where needed. The old server can then be phased out.
Do my employees have to learn to work all over again?
Most people already know Word, Excel and Outlook. What changes is where your files are stored and how you collaborate. With short training sessions and clear working agreements, everyone is up and running quickly.
