What is a staging environment?
A test copy of your website. There, you try out a new plugin, a different theme or a major change first. If it works well, you push it through to your live site.
Can I log in to the hosting myself?
Yes. You get your own access to the hosting panel and, of course, to your WordPress environment.
Is email included?
Yes, email hosting on your own domain is possible. If you already use Microsoft 365, we leave your email there and only connect your domain.
Where are the servers?
In a data centre in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam. That is good for the speed of your website and for GDPR.
What if my website gets hacked anyway?
Then we restore a clean backup, find out how it could happen and close the gap. Thanks to the automatic updates and malware scanning, that risk is much smaller.
