Why is WordPress hosting "secure"?
Because we do not just provide the space, we also take care of security. WordPress, themes and plugins are updated automatically, we scan for malware and make a backup every day. Most hacked websites were not kept up to date. We prevent that.
Can I bring my existing website?
Yes. We move your existing WordPress site for you, including the database and files. First to a test address, so you can check that everything works before we transfer your domain.
Can I still make changes myself?
Yes. You get your own access to the hosting panel and of course to your WordPress environment. If you want to make a bigger change, try it out first in the staging environment.
Can I transfer my domain name to NSO?
Yes. We transfer your domain name and make sure your website and email stay reachable during the switch. For most extensions you only need the transfer code (auth code) from your current registrar.
Where do I manage my hosting and invoices?
In the client panel at hosting.nso.eu. There you can see your services, domain names and invoices.
