Device management with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot: laptops and phones safely in order

We set up Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for you, so new laptops get themselves ready and phones and tablets with company data are managed securely.

As a project

The problem

New colleagues, replaced laptops, phones with email and Teams on them: devices come and go. Without central management, every device is set up by hand, security differs from device to device, and when a device is lost or stolen you are relying on luck.

With Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, you arrange this centrally. New laptops set themselves up, phones and tablets with company data are managed securely and the same rules apply everywhere. We set it up as a one-off project, and then include it in the management of your workstations.

What will you notice?

A new colleague gets a laptop that sets itself up, and employees can work securely on their phones. For you, it means less hassle when people join or leave, and more control over your devices.

What it does for you

How Device management with Intune and Autopilot helps you

  1. 01

    New laptop, straight to work

With Autopilot, a new laptop can go straight to an employee. At the first sign-in it sets itself up with the right settings, apps and security.

  2. 02

    Phones and tablets secured

With Intune, company apps and data on phones and tablets are protected. If a device is lost, the company data can be removed remotely.

  3. 03

    The same rules everywhere

Security settings, updates and apps are arranged centrally, for every device, wherever the employee works.

How it works

How we arrange it

Not a technical story, but what happens and who does what.

Plan an introduction
  1. Step 1

    Taking stock

We map out which devices there are, which belong to the company and which are personal, and what needs to be on them.

  2. Step 2

    Setting up

We set up Microsoft Intune and Autopilot: security rules, apps and the way new devices are prepared.

  3. Step 3

    Connecting devices

Existing laptops, phones and tablets are connected step by step, so nobody is left without a working device.

  4. Step 4

    Handing over to management

After the project, we include device management in the regular management of your workstations.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Device management with Intune and Autopilot

Is your question not listed? Feel free to call us, we are happy to think along with you.

What are Intune and Autopilot?

Microsoft Intune is the management system for devices and apps in Microsoft 365. Windows Autopilot makes sure a new Windows laptop sets itself up automatically as soon as the employee signs in for the first time.

Why a project and not a monthly option?

Setting up Intune and Autopilot and connecting your devices is one-off work. That is why we do it as a project, with a clear agreement in advance. After that, managing your devices falls under your workplace management.

Do I need extra licences for this?

Microsoft Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which is already the standard for Modern Workplace. So you already have the basics in place.

Does this also work for Apple devices?

Yes. We also manage a MacBook, iPhone or iPad centrally with Microsoft Intune, with the same security and agreements as your Windows laptops. Autopilot itself is for Windows; we set up Apple devices in a similar way through Intune.

Can employees use their personal phone?

Yes. In that case we only protect the company apps and data on the device, without us being able to access the employee's personal data. We discuss how you want to arrange this during the project.

Shall we meet?

Tell us about your organisation. We listen, think along and show how we can take IT off your hands. No obligation.
