A call
How a caller reaches the right colleague
A customer calls your business number. This is what happens in the minute after.
Plan an introduction- 09:02
A customer calls your landline number
The number that has been on your website and invoices for years. That does not change.
- 09:02
The menu shows the way
Press 1 for sales, 2 for service. The caller goes straight to the right team, without being transferred.
- 09:03
The call group answers
The phones of the service team ring at the same time, including for the colleague working from home. Whoever answers first helps the customer.
- After 17:30
Outside opening hours
If someone calls after closing time, they hear a suitable message or reach whoever is on duty. Set up the way you want.
What Telephony gives you
Reachable, wherever you work
You are reachable on your business number at the office, at home and on the go. Customers simply call the number they know.
One partner for IT and telephony
No more separate suppliers pointing at each other. We handle your telephony and your IT, and know how the two work together.
Switch without the hassle
We handle the switch, including number porting for your existing numbers, and plan it so that you stay reachable.

Telephony belongs with your IT
Telephony and IT can no longer be seen as separate. You call over the internet, on your laptop or your mobile, and work just as easily at home as in the office. Yet many organisations still have one supplier for their telephony and another for their IT. If something goes wrong, they are quick to point at each other.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about Telephony
Is your question not listed? Feel free to call us, we are happy to think along with you.
Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes. When you switch, we port your existing numbers, so customers simply keep calling you on the same number. We plan the switch so that you stay reachable.
What is KPN EEN Connext?
KPN EEN Connext is KPN's business telephony from the cloud. You no longer need a phone system in the office, and you are reachable on your business number, wherever you work.
Can I call via Microsoft Teams?
Yes. You make and receive calls on your business number, directly in Teams. Menu, call groups and opening hours simply keep working. As a Microsoft partner we set up Teams and telephony in one go.
What is the difference between the profiles per employee?
With the basic profile you have your landline number on your mobile or a desk phone, you can call from your laptop and you have a personal assistant. The Pro profile adds calling via Microsoft Teams and an extended integration with your computer. We advise what suits each employee.
Can we record calls?
Yes, that is available as an additional option, with a retention period of 90 days to 7 years. We discuss the rules beforehand, for example that you let callers know the call is being recorded.
We have a customer service team. Is that possible too?
Yes. In addition to call groups and queues, there are call centre features for agents and supervisors, with reports and a wallboard where you can see live how busy it is.
Why telephony via NSO and not directly from KPN?
Because then you have one point of contact for your IT and your telephony. We know your environment, handle changes for you and deal with faults, including with KPN.
What does business telephony cost?
That depends on the number of users and what you need, such as call groups or a menu. After a short conversation you receive a tailored proposal.
